Blaby District Council Consultation - Draft Gambling Act Statement of Licensing Principles 2019 - 2022

Under the Gambling Act 2005 the Licensing Authority, Blaby District Council, is required to publish a 'Statement of Principles' every three years, outlining the procedures it intends to follow in discharging its statutory responsibilities under the Act.

In accordance with that requirement the Licensing Authority has reviewed its current policy and has prepared a draft 'Statement of principles'. The revised policy is now formally published as of 12th October 2018 for public consultation and comment. The consultation period will end on 30th November 2018.

The draft policy can be viewed on their website using the link below. Your views are important and we hope that you will be able to consider the draft document and offer any comments that you may have on it.
