Coronavirus update - Update on lockdown and activity for this weekend

Important information

Anyone with symptoms of coronavirus, however mild (a high temperature, a new continuous cough or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste, must stay at home and book a test www.nhs.uk/ask-for-a-coronavirus-test or by calling 119.

Monday's announcement saw the following areas of the district come under the Leicester Lockdown restrictions:

In the interest of public safety, the gate leading to the former Western Park Golf Course from Peartree Close/Manor Farm Way has been temporarily padlocked.

This is due to the illegal placing of barbed wire around areas of the former golf course.
